Partner & Co-Founder


Luke is an experienced investor and strategic operator with a successful track record across strategy, investment and operations across the business lifecycle.

Luke previously established and was the CEO/CIO a large global multi-asset investment fund (~$1B+ AUM), giving him significant investment and operating experience at scale.

Prior to this, Luke was a strategy consultant with Bain & Company, and commenced his career as a corporate lawyer with Herbert Smith Freehills (M&A, equity capital markets). Luke lives in Bayside, Victoria with his young family where you will find him at the beach, honing his golf swing and watching the Demons.

Toby is an ambitious strategic, digital and data led founder, executive, and director. Focussed on driving commercial outcomes, simplifying complexity and leveraging business intelligence to engage and unite stakeholders to make better business decisions.

Toby was previously Chief Information Officer & Executive Director of Stratton Finance, Australia’s largest independent automotive asset finance broker as well as a past Non-Executive Director of Plenti Limited.

Prior to this, Toby cofounded, grew and sold a global wagering technologies business with his brother, partnering with market leading operators across Europe, Asia and Australia, before turning 30.
